1. How does it work?
Once you have realized the need of a professional resume you need to take the following
steps:
• Select a service from our Services page.
• After making the selection you will automatically be taken to our secure payment
page.
• Make the payment through your credit card.
• You will then go to the questionnaire page where you are required to answer the
questions asked as accurately as possible.
• Then email us your current resume if you have one, on mailbox@impactfulresumes.com.
• On receiving all the information required from you, we will deliver your impactful
resume within 7 working
days for the Student & Beginner category and 14 working days for the Mid & Senior
level category.
• If you have opted for the Prompt Resume service, you will be paying an additional
$20 over and above the price for the category that you fall in. In this case we
will deliver your resume within 3 working days.
2. What services do you offer and at what prices?
Ours is a professional resume writing service. Please refer the
Our Services page of the website to understand the services and prices that
we offer.
3. How do I pay? Are payments secured?
ImpactfulResumes.com focuses heavily on Security and Privacy. Once you have
selected a service you will automatically be taken to the payment page where you
will be making the payment through your credit card or paypal account. Since our
payment partner is PAYPAL, it is completely safe and secure.
4. Do you have a Privacy Policy?
Yes we have a very rigid Privacy Policy. All information provided to Impactful Resumes
will be safeguarded. We will not use any of your personal information for any purpose
other than writing your resume without your permission.
5. How soon will you deliver?
Delivery for Student or Beginner resumes will be made within 7 working days of
receiving all the relevant information from the client.
Delivery for Mid & Senior level resumes will be made within 14 working days of
receiving all the relevant information from the client.
If you select our Prompt Resume service for any category, delivery will
be made within 3 working days of receiving all required information from the client.
